We have a range of activities on our reportoar and we make an arrangement to suit each individual group. The arrangement is of course dependent on the group's size and wishes, season and location.

We offer a variety of activities, from min aching quizzes to physical challenges. All our other activities like paint ball can of course be included in a team building program.

Activities:

Gladiator: Two and two challenge each other sitting on a sturdy tree trunk. With a hand on her back and with a good grip around the bag of hey, the goal is to push the rival down in the straw under the tree trunk. Very amusing and entertaining to watch!

Bow and arrow: Who wants to be like Robin Hood? A Robin Hood needs to master the equipment and of course hitting the target. An activity that truly feels makes you feel proud when you succeed.

Bungee run: One of our most poplulære team building activities. With a bungee around the waist the goal is to do to reach the furthest and plant their flag. The bungee run van be done for single and in pairs and an unknown number of techniques can be tested.

Tandem skis: A winter activity where you can be up to 3 people on each pair of skis. As most skiing competition the goal is the be the fastest and keep the balance. Very challenging, but most of all, hilarious.

Tire race: Every one is making own obstacle course on the way to the finish line. Throwing a tire in front of them and then to jump on top of them. The aim is obviously to be first, but what is the best technique?

Hoola Hoop Twist: Who is the fastest with a hoola hoop? All the participants hand in hand must twist the hoola hoops rock around the circle without stopping. Where the hoola hoops stop or meet each other the framed participant must out.
Quiz: A little headaches you have to have, and we've put together some exercises that are subtle, informal and fun. The solutions are not always as logical or illogical as they seem ...

Canoe race: A race which challenges the participants team work, strenght and texhnique and sometimes their swimming skills. 

Blind man's bluff: Pairs must pass through an obstacle course. Sounds easy? The obstacle course will be immediately more challenging with a blindfolded teammate. An activity where you have to trust your instincts and the team mate who has his eye available.

Beach volleyball: Brush the dust of old volley ball skills and challenge the team coordination with beach volley ball. The effort counts as much as technique and competitive nature is well apparent in this activity.

Throw a tree: An activity for thos who want to show off raw power and brutal technique. Who can throw the the tree furthest?
